Font Styling affects menu

I added H1 H2 etc to style font and it makes the menu have bolder text.

I know its a cascading thing but I lack the experience to narrow down exactly what to do / where to fix it.

Just add
#p7PMnav a{font-weight:normal} into your CSS to override the other global style applied on anchors.
