Hello NickolasM.
If you add
* {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}
to your CSS it zeros out the margin that's causing that. Not sure where it's coming from though.

The code you quote is a little different than the link you posted so there may be some version control confusion.
The code at the link http://10001110101.freehostia.com/Menu/Menu.php can be fixed if you remove the errent </p>.

<body>
<div id="ClientLogin"><font size="2">
<hp align="right"><a href="../Hosting/Login%20System/login.php">
Client Login</a></p></font>
</div>

The validator found that. See the link about validating in my sig below.

This seems to be giving you the problem:
<h2 align="right"><a href="../Hosting/Login%20System/login.php">
Client Login</a></h2></font>

Try styling your font in css not with the h tag.

Change:

#ClientLogin {
border: 0px #000000 solid;
text-align: center;
margin: 0px;
background-color: #EFEFEF;
font-size: 1.5em; line-height: 2em;

and

<div id="ClientLogin">
<hp align="right"><a href="../Hosting/Login%20System/login.php">
Client Login</a>
</div>

Cheers!
