View Full Version : Site target-viewers

There are a lot of software and hardware mixtures in the world to view an internet-site.

This question is not to start a discusion if NS is better then IE or......, I respect Your opinion.

My question, however, is: does somebody has or know an article in which a market-researce is made which kind of viewers use system, browser, resolution or which mixture of them.

I can imagine, especially in this (highly technical) form, that the viewers of wsabstract/codingforms have a strong opinion to use a more exclusive (less world-wide used) mixture than the target viewers of yahoo.com.

When my target viewers are world-wide mostly males between 25-65 with a higher degree of education or self made business men (no, no sex-site!) which mixture (on a longer term) would be the best for me? and can I going to make use of a pop-up window?

Sounds like you can expect all and any mixture to me.:D

Pop-ups? IMO they are only unaccessible if you make them so, i.e. by using pesky javascript URLs instead of an event handler backed up by a real URL in the href. </rant>
