Looks like the url was put in correctly so it defaulted to that.

It still looks the same. It should really be a link to that forum. They are an affiliate. Its not spam or anything. Here is the html for the footer

<div id="partnerlinks" style="text-align: center">
<a href="http://icetemplates.com/" target="offsite">Flash website templates</a> | <a href="http://www.codejunction.com" target="offsite">Free Php Scripts</a> | <a href="www.daniweb.com/forums/forum31.html" target="offsite">DaniWeb IT Community</a> | <a href="http://www.webhosting.uk.com" target="offsite">Web Hosting UK</a> | <a href="http://www.busybits.com" target="offsite">Web Directory</a> | <a href="http://www.bodhost.com" target="offsite">Dedicated Server Hosting</a> | <a href="http://www.eukhost.com" target="offsite">Web Hosting</a> | <a href="http://www.supershareware.com" target="offsite">Super Shareware</a> | <a href="http://www.dirfile.com" target="offsite">Freeware Download

</a> | <a href="http://www.submitedge.com" target="offsite">Directory Submission</a>
Because there is no http:// in front of the daniweb url the browser thinks its just a directory or a file on the site which is why it does what it does.
