View Full Version : Trouble with height of a table

I am new to CSS and am working in Miva, which can complicate things. I am working on this site: http://www.nationalincontinence.com/

My problem is with the category tree on the left hand side of the page. As you can see on the home page or on this page: http://www.nationalincontinence.com/c/TimedVoiding.html, the background color goes all the way to the bottom of the page. My problem is that as the page gets longer, such as this: http://www.nationalincontinence.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&SortBy=showall&Category_Code=TimedVoiding or this: http://www.nationalincontinence.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=NI&Product_Code=TTBL&Category_Code=TimedVoiding
the background color of the category tree does not go down the entire page and there is white space.

In Miva, the category tree is encapsulated and is called separately from either a product page or a category page. I have added style="height: 100%;" to both table and td tags and this did solve the problem if the page is short like the homepage, but doesn't do much for the very long pages.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I think I figured it out; there was a form tag that was causing a spacing issue. If you think that there is something else wrong, please let me know.
