Hi, I installed the php-4.4.7-Win32 and apache_2.2.6-win32-x86-openssl-0.9.8e manually. Apache can work well, but when use the test.php, which is located in C:\Apache\htdocs, I get the following error:

erroe 403:
You don't have permission to access /php/php.exe/test.php on this server.

Anyone can solve this problem? Thanks very much!

You should check if document root is set alright in
It may be a doc_root issue, but can also be something else.

Here is what I use
DocumentRoot "C:/apache/htdocs"

# First, we configure the "default" to be a very restrictive set of features.
<Directory />
Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride None
Order deny,allow
Deny from all
Satisfy all

# This should be changed to whatever you set DocumentRoot to.
<Directory "C:/apache/htdocs">
Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride All
Order allow,deny
Allow from all

# DirectoryIndex: sets the file that Apache will serve if a directory is requested.
<IfModule dir_module>
DirectoryIndex index.php index.html index.htm

Thanks, I conquer it now. I think mysql did not link with php. Before, I only add path parameter in my system. I copy php.ini and another file to system32 and windows folder, then they are linked.
