Hi there.

I'd be very grateful if anyone could offer some advice on dealing with a problem I'm having with IE6.

On this page (http://www.ascent-interactive.co.uk/testing), I have a a scroll box (floated right) with an overflow-y property set to auto. The scroll box appears and works correctly in every browser I've tested except IE 6.... in which the scroll box just freezes

Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

It works perfectly well on my IE6, but the top of the site seems to be hidden behind that image and the text to the right? (Same in firefox actually)

Hi. Thanks for looking into this.

Yes, the content is absolutely positioned on top of the main site... this is intentional. The visibility of these content divs is going to get turned on and off and controlled with JavaScript later (rather like a lightbox).

However, on IE6 the actual scroll bar on the text doesn't work.

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced a similar problem with scroll bars on floated divs.

Thanks in advance,

Honestly, I really don't know what the problem is because I have IE6 and it works perfectly well? Which version of IE6 are you using?
