I found http://opensolution.org/?p=Quick.Cms which is free, simple and use XHTML 1.0 strict. Problem is that it use Flat File database and I am searching for something with MySQL database.

Can You help me and give some links to content management systems with XHTML 1.0 strict (not transitional, most cms use tables not div)?

Have a look here (http://www.opensourcecms.com/). Bear in mind, most CMSs don't affect your (x)html output, it's the template/theme that is used.

I can recommend CMSmadesimple (http://cmsmadesimple.org). Itís based on Smarty and is highly customizable while still being damn easy to use.
