please could someone help?

I have made this website and All looks great in Firefox but when I take a look at it in IE7 its all messed up and I have no idea why or what went wrong. Please could some one have a look at the code and let me know where I am going wrong. This is the first time I have ever used CSS so Im fairly new to it all.

LOL, don't click on the link, just copy and paste it in to a new browser tab.

It's taking a lot of time to load the page, your png-background has a size of >1.6MB
