Im in need of some help here. I need to style a dropdown menu. Basically I just need to know of a way to change the arrow into an image I have.

I need to change this:

Any help is appreciated.

It's not going to happen with HTML/CSS. The arrow of a select element is off-limits. You can use Flash or Javascript to roll your own.

That said, I'll be the first (and probably not the last) to say that a right-facing arrow that isn't the default select arrow is terrible for a user interface.

I would agree - you sacrifice intuitive web surfing to satisfy your desire to be unique. Express yourself with color or logos; leave the simple things alone. Fall in line, soldier.

Im simply coding a forum skin. I did not design it. Just trying to mirror it. Anyway, thanks for the comments.
