I have just created a submit form which includes attachments. I got a script off HiQFM which handles attachments. I got it all working apart from the attachments. If I try to attach a document on the form, it isn't sent but when no attachment is attached on the form, I receive the information perfectly.

Can anyone help? I think there must be a problem with my html (not the script): www.exigotranslations/order.htm:

<form target="_blank" id="form2" enctype="multipart/form-data" action="/formmail/HiQFM.php" onsubmit="return validate();" method="post">

<li class="attach"><label for="attach">Attach:</label> <input type="file" name="attach"/></li>

<input type="submit" value="Submit to Exigo translations" />

Any help would be really appreciated as I am completely stuck as to why attachments aren't sent.

Try taking this out:
onsubmit="return validate();"

See if it works.

I'm guessing the file attachment gets lost through the Javascripting.

I also entered in a crap email: sdfjkldjk
and it validated just fine, so you must have some problems with your form checking

Ok, I took out onsubmit="return validate();" and it didn't work. It gives me this in the email submitted, completely omiting the attachment or its details.

I guess now you'll be looking into: formmail/HiQFM.php

It looks like a script you installed? Something not configured
right, or not set properly. We'll have a hard time troubleshooting
without being able to change things and test it out ... so you'll
have to hammer away at it.

Ok, thanks, I'll have a go at it, trial and error.
