View Full Version : A couple of problems in IE7, Opera and possibly IE6 too?

Hi guys, I posted these questions in the general forum but was advised to ask here since these two questions are very js specific, any help would be great!

I'm currently trying to quickly throw together a portfolio here - http://www.zestdesign.net/test/ - but there's a couple of problems with the Javascript.

[ Opera & IE Problem ] On the 'recent work' sidebar in Firefox the listed items are perfectly rounded, but in IE7 (and others) the top edges aren't rounded at all. fwiw I used the excellent http://www.html.it/articoli/niftycube/index.html

[ IE Only ] Again, on the same sidebar, when you rollover the onMouseOut doesn't seem to work at all, and just leaves all of the items greyed out instead of restoring them to what they should be.

Thanks guys

Sure, sorry. Well the js code is all here, I can paste it if you like but there's quite a lot of stuff there.

<script type="text/javascript" src="js/sidebar.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
window.onload=function(){ Nifty("ul#side li a", "small"); }

<ul id="side">
<li id="p1" onMouseOver="setInactive('p1');" onMouseOut="setActive('p1');"><a href="/" title="Smiths Aerospace Intranet">Smiths Aerospace Intranet</a></li>
<li id="p2" onMouseOver="setInactive('p2');" onMouseOut="setActive('p2');"><a href="/" title="K.W. Bell &amp; Son Ltd">K.W. Bell &amp; Son Ltd</a></li>
<li id="p3" onMouseOver="setInactive('p3');" onMouseOut="setActive('p3');"><a href="/" title="Smiths Aerospace Absence Management System">Smiths Aerospace <abbr title="Absence Management System">AMS</abbr></a></li>
<li id="p4" onMouseOver="setInactive('p4');" onMouseOut="setActive('p4');"><a href="/" title="Get in touch">5</a></li>
