the most stupid question in the world for any javascript coder, but... I need it :) . I have an intro page to my portfolio with high and low resolution links i want them to open in the same window maximized and non resizable.

There's no way to open a window maximized from Javascript. The best you can do is use the dimensions of the screen as width and height when you open the window. And of course, different browsers have different methods to get screen width and height. If after Googling for those methods you haven't figured that out, post here again and I'll see what I can Google up for you.

Non-resizable is "resizable=no".
