Alright,

I am using Lightbox Js 2 from http://www.huddletogether.com/projects/lightbox2/

I want my images to line up in a line horizontally. When I put all my pictures on my page they are in a line but some bump up below the picture above. That probably doesn't make sense but I want 4 pictures per line. The tops of all these pictures should be the same.

My site:

My Css:

Thanks in advance!

Using floats? Add a clear:both in the first image of each line.

Goodmorning mhauth,
I think you've just got margin/padding too wide on .thumbnails for #content1 to fit 4 across. If you do this:

.thumbnail{
padding: 0;
border: 1px solid #2a2a2a;
float: left;
margin-top:15px;
margin-left: 10px;
}

It fits 4 in FF.

jlhaslip - example if you could. I don't get what you are saying

Excavator - I tried it but only 3 fit. 3 is fine with me 4 also but I just need the tops of each line to be inline with eachother to look uniform.

Thanks for such quick responses,

Matt

Click that link up there and view source, specifically check out the UL which contains each line of Images. The clear:both ensures that there is free and clear space for each row of pictures.

or use firefox and download the Web Developer's extension and use those tools to inspect the css and html.

:)

Might want to check out the Hoverbox Image gallery (http://sonspring.com/journal/hoverbox-image-gallery).

I am using lightbox and hoverbox to make images enlarge then expand to full size, but in IE it is not working correctly. It shifts the images to the left and sometimes doesn't recognize the script i don't believe.

Thanks in advance.
