Help? Help with which bit, exactly? Uploading files? Resizing an image on the server on the fly? Talking to a database? Writing in proper sentences? :p

Uploading images to a folder(originalimage)
and while uploading original image should be converted to a thumbnail and saved in someother folder(Thumbnail).

That's quite a big ask.

Regarding file uploads: where have you got to with Google? What articles have you found? Are there some 3rd-party components that you'd like explaining in detail? Which code examples are you having problems with?

Image resizing: have a look at Imagemagick (http://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php). It's free, and very powerful.

Go and type stuff into Google. Have a look at Devguru (http://www.devguru.com/), and at 4guysfromrolla (http://www.4guysfromrolla.com/). Try searching these forums. Write some code. If it doesn't work, come back here and show us what you've got and tell us what it's doing (or not doing) wrong. Then we can help you a bit more.

Here are some free scripts for uploading and images resizing

On internet you can find several image uploading components for free.

However, image resizer components are not avaiable for free. One of my friend in above post gave a url that offers and says "image resizer for free". You will need to install Wscript.shell object on your server to make the above mentioned script work.

"Not free" in what sense? Wscript.shell is free, and the Imagemagick utility that I linked to is also free. In the sense of you don't have to pay for them. ASP doesn't have any native image manipulation abilities, so you're going to have to install something extra on your server.
