This code gives me what I want in FF and Opera, but IE6 doesn't give the same results. Any help would be much appreciated.

<html>
<head>
<style>

body {
margin: 0px;
font-size: 16px;
font-family: Verdana,Helvetica;
padding: 20px;
}

a:link {
background: none;
color: #C33;
text-decoration: none;
}

#outer {
width: 100%;
border-style: solid;
background-image:url('lines.gif');
border-width: 1px;
border-color: #ccc;
padding: 5px;
}

#inner {
border-style: solid;
border-width: 1px;
border-color: #ccc;
background-color: #fafafa;
padding: 2px;

</style>
</head>
<body>
<div id = "outer">
<div id = "inner">
<div style ="float: right;">
<form method="post" action="modules.php">
<input type="text" name="query" />
<input type="hidden" name="name" value="mSearch" />
<input type="hidden" name="what" value="all" />
<input type="hidden" name="op" value="search" />
<input type="submit" value="Search" />
</form>
</div>
&nbsp;<a href="index.php">Home</a>&nbsp;<strong><big>&middot;</big></strong>&nbsp;<a href="modules.php?name=Content">Articles</a>&nbsp;<strong><big>&middot;</big></strong>&nbsp;<a href="modules.php?name=Downloads">Downloads</a>&nbsp;<strong><big>&middot;</big></strong>&nbsp;<a href="modules.php?name=Feedback">Feedback</a>&nbsp;
</div>
</div>
</body>

Try putting this in your style sheet:

form {margin: 0;}
