I'm trying to make a layout that resembles a two row frameset, it works correctly in firefox (big supprise), but fails to display correctly in IE, the problem are the scroll bars, there are 2 one for the entire veiw port and one for the lower fauxFrame div, i only want there to be one, the fauxFrame one. i have had no problem in removing the body's scroll bar, but when i do this a portion of the inner scroll bar disapears along with some of the content in the div.

here's the page:

the code was in my IE specific style sheet. It was the fact that i forgot i was dealing only with IE, and that i couold use IE specific code.

originally:
height: 100%;

fixed:
height: expression(document.documentElement.clientHeight - 148 + "px");
