For those of you (I'm guessing most) who are familiar with the software "XML Spy" does anyone know how you would go about sending a "SOAP" request to the server, for example,

My SOAP request is;

"<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope" xmlns:SOAP-ENC="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-encoding" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
<SOAP-ENV:Body>
<m:ConvertLonLatPtToNearestPlace xmlns:m="http://msrmaps.com/">
<moint>
<m:Lon>3.14159265358979E0</m:Lon>
<m:Lat>3.14159265358979E0</m:Lat>
</moint>
</m:ConvertLonLatPtToNearestPlace>
</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>"

How would I sent a REQUEST TO THE SERVER, I know in the SOAP drop-down there is a "Send request to server" option, I'm struggling with the code though, for example if I wanted to find the longitude and latitude of Los Angeles in California in the USA, how would I edit the code to send the request?

I've been doing the below, but getting the wrong responses;

<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope" xmlns:SOAP-ENC="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-encoding" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
<SOAP-ENV:Body>
<m:ConvertLonLatPtToNearestPlace xmlns:m="http://msrmaps.com/">
<moint>
<m:Lon>3.14159265358979E0</m:Lon>
<m:Lat>3.14159265358979E0</m:Lat>
<m:City>Los Angeles</m:City>
<m:State>California</m:State>
<m:Country>USA</m:Country>
</moint>
</m:ConvertLonLatPtToNearestPlace>
</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>

Any ideas?
