    Hot vs Not type clone

I'm looking to create a hot vs not type clone geared towards real estate. To post - it would require login, but to vote, there would be no login required. At the end of each month - if your property is #1, you receive a badge for your blog or website. The target market would be real estate agents and luxury properties. Agents would have to pay for upgraded listings and the ability to take inquiries on their "hot" properties. I could pay someone via straight up, or revenue share, or a combo of both.

What would entail in an "upgraded listing"? And how would want to handle payments from agents?

You may not want to share your entire idea on public forums. People can easily steal your idea and build it themselves now. Always use an NDA before telling people everything.

That's a good way of making sure one stands little chance of getting help too. There are rarely any new ideas worth nicking if someone was so inclined, and even if one was, the person nicking the idea would need the finances and|or knowledge to bring it to fruition themselves. It's paranoia for the mere sake of it in 99.5% of cases.
