I kinda like the simplicity. Loads faster that way. I gets right to the point of the site. No distractions or misleads. I like it.

Its kinda like the google approach to a home page. Maybe thats why soooo many people have google as their homepage (its guaranteed to load fast due to simplicity)

I would keep it simple. who knows if all goes well you might end up with people setting your website as their Home page so they can freguently test their bandwidth.

The only thing I would recommend would be to make the returned info a little more understandable for those less computer savvy. For instance the statictics on the PING data.

Like a short discription of what is actually happening, and the statistics in "laymens" terms. Some people still need their hands held

the bandwidth test is so correct... i am a dsl user with a slower-than-dial-up-speed. ARGH!!!

ok, the website is so simple and straight to the point.
    everything works well.

    suggestions:

A LEGEND for anyone visiting to understand the results better.
    A favicon.
A 1 pixel border with a colored bg.
