    Question Please help...

    Scrolling text should never be used IMO especially for links! Marquee is a terrible thing that should never have been invented, well for horizontal movement at least!

    wow, scrolling text.... very... 1996! I don't think it should be scroling, especially because you have just enough links to fill the box without going on a new line.
    navigation is simple and easy, and for me it's not hard to read the white text on black.

    my comments...
    -using tables for layout is not good in my book. try using div's and css.
    -the graphics are kind of... iffy. my suggestion would be to get rid of the curvy ends and use a smooth gradient or flat colors.
    -scrolling text is out of date.
    -there is too much black. also, making your forums and your home page look similar would probably be a good idea.

    Thanks for all the help.. I really wasn't satisfied with that layout myself.
