    Say WHAT?!!

First of all I don't understand a thing it's saying there, but that shouldn't be too much of a problem; what is a problem is the overuse of multiply nested tables which even in a hybrid design should be considered bad coding practice.
The layout is unusual, but this could be related to the language being hebrew - if I'm not mistaken, forgive me if it isn't; what really bothers me, and what I would consider a usability issue, are the large red blocks on rollover. In most cases they seem to indicate a link, in some they don't which is definitely a no-no, and in all they pose a serious legibility issue.

In short: cut down on tables and look into CSS for layout purposes (see the HTML & CSS forum for tips), consider grouping your links in a menu, get rid of mouseover effects on ordinary body text and rethink your color use.
    Regards,
    Ronald.

I think this could be a very nice design if you got rid of the red mouse over effect. I don't know what any of it says, so I can't really comment on how good the layout/colour scheme is for a particular kind of site. If this layout had been done with properly formed (X)HTML & CSS I think it would be one of the nicest looking designs I've ever come across. At the moment 8/10 for look and 4/10 for coding. If this was to have validated code etc., I'd probably give it 9 or 10/10 for both . Good luck!

I'm guessing they are two other versions of the page?
If they are, it's quite better. The only thing is that the three bottom links are highly invisible.
    Again, too many tables.

    Otherwise very nice
