Just a warning, I don't sugar coat it -- I'm gonna give it to you double-dirty, so listen up.

You've got too much whitespace pushing anything resembling content (you know, TEXT) too far down the screen. The pointless graphic is entirely too large, and the goofy "keep the menu at the top" thing wastes too much screen space on what would be better used to -- again, show actual content.

Most of your font declarations on flow paragraphs are in pixels, that's basically telling users with accessibility needs to sod off. Likewise your colour choices result in many illegible combinations far, FAR below accessibility norms. The white on light blue in particular is outright broken, but the spots of light grey on dark grey are no winners either.

When possible you should try to keep your colour contrasts to WCAG 2.0 AAA minimums, treating 2.0 AA as the bottom line you shouldn't dip below. If you are unable to follow the spec or do the math yourself, this tool is handy for quickly checking if you're screwing up or not:
    http://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/

Which if we type in your #1e87f0 background with #FFFFFF text, we find it fails everything but 2.0 AA large, and most of what you have there doesn't qualify for that, particularly with that goofy hard to read thin-glyph "raleway" webfont that only a crApple user could love. More so given how poorly Raleway renders on Microsoft Winblows cleartype or worse, the steaming pile of manure that is freetype typically found on Linsux.

With your form at the bottom, you've got false simplicity with that stupid "let's use placeholder as a label" garbage that the artsy types cream their panties over, while usability and accessibiliy experts choke back the overwhelming urge to introduce boots to backsides over.

Though popping the bonnet, at least you have a fieldset. As the site FEELS like it should have a nasty case of every ***ing bootstrap site ever it is in fact surprising to see HTML this clean. uikit's not as bad as bootcrap, but it still has problems and your use of the pointless new HTML tags, outright misuse of numbered headings, and general lack of proper semantics means the page does NOT gracefully degrade. Like most CSS "frameworks" the only thing you can learn from uikit is how NOT to build a website, and your endless DIV and classes for nothing, gibberish HTML, nonsensical document structure all reflect this... much less uikit's "Go ahead and just make up any old bull**** attributes" idiocy that just pisses all over the place.

That's not your fault, that's the fault of the tools you have chosen.

All that said, I've seen far, far worse lately -- from people way, WAY more experienced than you.
