Dude, no, don't put your forums in that small frame or a frame at all.

No need for the splash page, just get rid of it, it's serving no purpose. The sliding nav bar, there's no need for that either. Just makes the site harder to get around. Just use a 'normal' link system, then I can use my tab key to go through the links. Maybe have the site centre aligned too.

CSS should be in the header, the ads are making the site seem cluttered. I know ya tryin to make some money from it, but there's a thing called overdoing it. It seems you've got div-itis too. You've got a div for everything, even though it's not needed. Might be best to clean that up, seems to be a common thing for drag-n-drop WYSIWYG editors for hosts.

I like that background colour, it's very similar to a clients site I'm working on Apart from the ads, it seems a clean layout

That's only from looking at the main page with the news on.

I tried your site while having javascript disabled, and it is really not the same. No way to get that menu...

I dont. I also don't like the text in the browser's status bar.

The general rule for designing a site is; if you don't need it, don't add it.

Please, the forums inside the frame is just horrible.

    Two more things:

    1. you should not have to login for viewing forum posts.

    2. Noone likes the color of their scrollbars to be changed.

If you were using a real browser then you wouldn't be plagued by those annoyances.

Yeah - I have firefox but uh, can't use that with AOL. It's a pain to use both at once so I stick to this.

Maybe you should get a new ISP.

    Sounds about right.

You don't have to get rid of the advertisements completly - you can create an advertisement page if you'd like.
