    What is my site missing?

What is my site missing? It seems semi-boring I'm not sure why. I usually have someone help me with design but I am trying to cut out the middle man. Florida's Big Toy Storage | Rv, boat, motorhome, jetski storage warehouse

I know this may not be the place for design "help", so does anyone know a good forum forum for questions on design as good as this one is for coding help? Thanks

The site reviews forum, where I kindly moved this thread now.

Edit: And I don’t have too much time for a complete review but the first thing that comes to my mind is: the background image makes it look a little – well, let’s say “unprofessional”. It has no relevance to the site/subject. Best would be to just get rid of it altogether and use a light flat colored background.

I would include the current date to show your site is up to date. You might also want to include customer reviews from those who have used your services. I suppose you could add more interactivity, especially as you could have a photo gallery. Take a look at these:

I am not sure what you mean by "boring" but you should definitely optimize the background image - it takes way too long to open up.

What should I optimize the background to? You mean size correct? And how do I know what would be the right size? Thanks

This may be me alone, but I like to see the costs right up front or a link to a chart of fees.
    and for this question:
What should I optimize the background to?
Use media queries with re-sized images and a little more work on narrower width browsers.

I would change the background images.
Design seems to be built with dreamweaver, update to "new standard", such as "flat design".

Personally, I don't trust in the service if I see in site with old design.

Think to change also the logo...
