    Tech:
Domain name is too long, not really rememberable.

    Design Good:
    The layout
    The colour scheme

    Design Bad:
The body font. Make it sans-serif.

Anyway, I'm tired. Back to bed for me.

    Hi there,

    Good:
-Color Scheme is nice and basic.
    -Layout is well structured.
-Top navigation is well done and easy to navigate.
    Changes:
-Get rid of the first ad at the top, looks horrible.
-Get rid of calendar, its useless.
-Change Subscribe to one simple subscribe button, such as an rss feed icon. There are too many choices ATM. (actually you already have a button, no need for all the subscription links, just redirect to feedburner.com etc.
    -Sponsors section looks fine
-IMO, get rid of the chat box, its also unnecessary.
-The http://paranormalknowledge.com "logo" at the top looks out of place, how about just a clickable text logo. Would be much better for SEO also if wrapped in h1 tags instead of p tags.

Overall the site is not bad, it is easy to navigate and the design works. Its certainly not my cup of tea content wise, but if you can manage quality content for the site, I dont see why it cant be very successful. Best of luck

Oh no, you were doing so well till you threw it into quirks with those metas at the top!
After forcing it to render in IE8 Standards, the results are quite impressive.
(Well, at least they were. The CSS has been cleaned and I can't see what was formerly going on, so my review finishes here.)
