OK, the site pretty much validates the html, which is goood.
Layout is clean and simple - good.
'two' footers might be better moved to the grey section and blended / consoldiated into one (as said),
text-size could be smaller for the body text, and the main nav menu. perhaps, too, for the 'footers'
graphics need to improve. (I should know as the graphics part of my brain is tiny). In fact, I think it may have vanished.
Overall though, I like the layout. clean simple and to the point. I dislike sites which flood the page with content/ads/stuff and where there is no real draw to the eye. Yours excels on those issues - I think anyway.
ON your portfolio page, you have highlighted the 'free web design', when in fact it seems that the consultation is free. Perhaps that is either a mistake or an example of today's type of marketing. I consider it to be naughty and it puts me off.
It might be an idea to look again at all your text and write it as if you were the customer. They don;lt care how difficult it is to build a site - they just want a site and often (where I live), they have no clue about the more fundamental issues, like, how to get it seen/make sales etc.
