    Order System Bug Test

I've put together a site for a friend of mine that does night club events who has started up a VIP card scheme. The site allows people to buy these VIP cards using the PayPal payments system.

Anyway a bunch of people are complaining that it's not working and at this point I am completely convinced this is down to stupidity on their part because I have tested this site and payment process repeatedly on multiple PCs and I've never once seen any problem with it.

What I would like is if some people here could quickly try it out and just let me know if it worked or not for them. What should happen (and does for me every time ive tested it) is:

1.) All fields of the ordering form should be completed, error returned if you miss something.
2.) On successful submission you should see a new screen that says we use PayPal to take the payments and when you click the confirm button you'll be taken there to make payment.
3.) You get to PayPal and either pay by card or login and pay that way.

All I need people to do is let me know if by following the on screen instructions you get to the PayPal screen you dont need to pay for the item or complete the purchase, i just need to know if you get to PayPal.

The direct link to the page with the form is:

    http://www.iamvip.co.uk/index.php?ID=IAmVIP

The application form is at the bottom of that page, once you have tested it out could you just let me know what you enter into the "Full Name" field, the only field that is validated is the email address which is done by regex so im not expecting real info here, i just want to check that the submitted records all appear in my MySQL database of orders (the second screen that explains we use PayPal inserts the order record)

    I also got to paypal.

My only complaint is that the field names are in the text box and disappear once that field is in focus, I then forget the format to be entered for the DOB or if I'm in the city or town field. This could be the problem your users are finding, I recommend the field names be outside of the text box for easy reference.

EDIT: I entered Leonars into the full name field.

The form text recalls itself if you move off the form field without having typed anything in, still though i agree with your point on the labels for the fields, i wanted to position the labels beside the corresponding fields but since it isnt my site i dont get to make the decision in how its laid out.

Just checked the database and both these test entries are in there. If a few more people could have a quick test of this it would be much appreciated, the more people that verify they have no problems the better.
