    redesigning msnemo.com

I'm about to redesign my website msnemo.com, the adsense adverts ain't generating enough. And the pages load slow sometimes due to the google adsense adds. Maybe you guys and gals can tell me what more I can adjust..

From an SEO standpoint, your site has some areas to improve in. Pick a few key phrases (free msn emoticons, msn avatars, etc) and beef up your text. Search engines need text, titles, meta tags, and alt tags to get their information about your site. To get more traffic to the site, you can try some SEO techniques. If you need help with those, you should check Google for some information. Its a pretty hefty task.

From a design standpoint, it is a simple page but it appears dated. Updating the graphic (try to get the image to not look a little grainy) and get the text out of the graphic! Display that on its own, that will reduce the logo size and help SEO. If you are generating your revenue from ads, then make the ads appear less conspicuous on the left hand. Its clearly an adsense box, but move it in with the layout some more. Move the language options towards the top, so its easier to find for visitors from other countries. Lastly, if you redesign the site completely, think something light but fun. Thats very abstract, but most of my thoughts are.
