a simple real estate site - the contents of the iframe are currently unavailable - but the calculator and the contact section both work

The only thing that kinda bugs me is that each time you hit calculate, it has to reload the page and then as a result, reload the iframe which is kind of distracting. Perhaps try make it using javascript but still leave the PHP one there in case javascript is unavailable.

can you make the side iframes content smaller so there isn't a horizontal scroll?

    harbingerotv...

I don't see a horizontal scroll on either iframe (the property search or the mortgage calculator)...I'm not saying it's not there but even when I resize to 800x600 I don't see a scroll

thats what I see. it's just the calculator frame.

it's not a screen resolution issue as the sites fixed. something in that frame is a tad too big it seems.

I'm looking in Opera 9.00, which really doesn't seem to like it, pretty bad scroll-lag etc, and the main content area doesn't seem to want to load.

For the average user, you could do with making this message a bit more meaningful/useful:

Please Note: Alternative browser support for the IDX is currently in Beta. This site is optimized for MSIE 4.0 or later. The IDX will continue loading now...

Also, I'm not too sure that Remax needs a slash after it, as Realtec wraps to a new line...looks kinda odd/plain wrong.

    Kind regards,

    Gary

    hi Gary

re the remax/realtec slash - that's the company name...

re the idx frame...I'm not at all pleased with the way that frame populates either but that's the databank that he uses; he didn't want to take the time and energy to develop his own application and then link to the mls site...it's disappointing I know

re his message - how would you change it? that was actually something I threw in to fill up space and he said that it was fine

    thanks for the helpful critique
