Very Simple Template Request ($$$)

Hi would someone out there save my life by making a very very simple template for me?

I need it to resemble the picture below (mock-up) doesnt matter about content/colour/text/pictures - all i need is the actual template (the boxes seven in total)

If someone out there does this i will literally kiss you! (i may send you a few moneys through paypal if it works!)

I hate being new to CSS, i really do.

This type of request (please do everything for me for free) really doesn't belong here in HTML/CSS, or Coding Forums for that matter.

Please let us know if you're actually willing to pay a web designer to do this job for you, if so I'll move it to Paid Requests. Otherwise I'll be closing this thread shortly.
