crmpicco has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Question the class installer has denied the request to install or upgrade this device
I am getting this error when trying to install at Mustek 1200 UB USB scanner onto Windows XP Home Edition.

"the class installer has denied the request to install or upgrade this device"

I'm not sure what the problem is?

Any ideas?

ittech is an unknown quantity at this point
Try unplugging every other usb device you may have in your pc system and then plug in just the 1 from the hardware device you want to use.
