Unhappy Need some coding help

I'm new at coding javascript and need some help. I have added the code amber alert tickers to my website and on IE both the canadian and US tickers work just fine but not on firefox or opera. I have talked to the ppl at code amber and they have told me they are aware of the issue but do not know how to fix it at this point.

I have a copy of the .js files they used and it appears the code was set for IE is there a way to change this file for multiple browsers?

Probably... We'd need to see the code first, though (supply us with a link).

The only IE thing that becomes extreemly problematic for other browsers is when ActiveX objects are used. However for the most part, js code can be made browser non-specific using hacks / work-arounds for IE-specific stuff.
