digital+ ???

I just got a free monitor from the local computer store just because they couldnt find a cord for it, its not DVI but could someone take a look at the pic and tell me what this could be, and if I could find an adapter to go DVI or VGA

Do you know the manufacturer or anything? From what I can tell, that could be HDMI, though I've never seen it like that. . .
