Layering and Windows Media Player

I am using Microsoft Frontpage to layer. I need my layers to overlap Windows Media Player embeddings within the web page. That is to say, I'm trying to overlap Windows media player with layers. I created the Windows Media player code, inserted a layer over the video in design mode, and the layer goes behind the video in preview mode. I need the IE code only please. When I use Quicktime I get flickers between my iframes and video. Thanks.

Code:
<param name="WindowlessVideo" value="true">
That should allow you to place divs (layers) over the video, in IE only.
