Post Positioning of Spin Menu on Frames Page

Can anybody help me to position a spin menu which I downloaded from this site. The site is a framed site with left content, right content, top banner, bottom menu and main content being in the center frame. The comments within the code of the menu page say it can be relatively positioned on the page, by default its set as-
eye.x+=getposOffset(eye.anchor, "left") //relatively position it
eye.y+=getposOffset(eye.anchor, "top") //relatively position it
I want the menu to be centered on the bottom frame but even when I change it to center it positions itself to the left of the page any ideas what i might be doing wrong its the first time i've used javascript.
Any help would be appreciated
