Help Creating Dvds, Menus?

so i can't find this on the web or at least im having trouble but i have gotten into video and dvd creation. I can use the simple programs like nero or unlead but i wanna know how to make those fancy dvd menus. you know on those profession dvds like you buy at the store or online or somthing. and i also want to know how they burn dvds with more than 4.7 gb on them i can't find that or at least i dunno what im looking for if you could help me that would be great (p.s. i didn't know where to put this topic) Thanks

As for the menu, I'm not sure but I think you will need to program it probably in c or c++. Try posting in the computer programming forum.
