create rss feed

can anyone recommend a site that explains how I can create my own rss feed in asp?
any tips would be helpful?

There are plenty of tutorials

i'm looking for how to make my info available as an rss feed -- not to import from someone elses rss feed.
any recommendations?

also does an rss feed have to end with an xml extension or can it run with an asp extension?

There are links on that page that tell you how to create your own RSS Feed.
Also changing the search tems would find you a few more.
