conditional error checking

A new question related to previous question. I have solved my initial question.

Now I'm curious about reseting the listboxes by radio button. Can a radio button perform the same action as a Reset button for a specified listbox?

Example:
User selects "Yes" radio button.
Listbox activates.
User makes selection within listbox, but changes their mind.
The "No" radio button is selected and the options in the listbox return to default settings.
