Please post here only if you have experiance in all of the above.

I have an extremely limited budget (coffee money).

I have an IPN script at http://www.felgall.com/php6a.htm that emails the file to the purchaser when their payment clears and so doesn't need a database. Also has a database add-on to make defining products and discounts easier.

You list all these qualifications you need, but yet you still left out the amount you are willing to pay. Coffee money is not good enough. Please state what you are willing to pay.
