Hi.. I dont understand how to rectify this.. The value paramater is supposed to have double quotes.. I need double quotes wihtin the text box, while value parameter itself needs to be within double quotes.. as such the below code doesnt work.. Any idea how to get this work..?

Im just trying to print some html code with double quotes within a text box.. However this doesnt work.. Seem to have some problem in the BOLDED areas!
