Creating a paper portfolio of web work?

Right, I've got a job interview at a fairly large (for Scotland at least) media company. They work with print, multimedia and web design. Their clients include Celtic FC, Carphone Warehouse and many others.

The interview is on Wednesday and they mentioned if I brought in a portfolio then that would be good.

Thing is, I've never designed nor worked on anything for print. I'm a web programmer (with a bit of designing). I've done a few multimedia things (videos) but no print.

How do I make a portfolio about my web work?

Do I bring in my paper sketches, rough drafts and/or printouts of the final site design?
