Free Php hosting?

Does any one know where I can register for free to host PHP sites. I dont have a domain name also. So it should come with the free host.

I just started learning and this is just to test and play with my .php pages. So even if it just 50MB its ok.

If it's just to play then why not install it?

http://www.en.wampserver.com/

or If you have XP Pro/2000 then just install PHP and use IIS.

I cannot install every thing on my machine. Also I have to show some PHP designs to some one to have a look. For that I thought it is better to have a hosting site.
