Follow Scroll Bar Menu, Not sure what its called

What I want to do is make a menu in the shape of a rectange on the left hand side with links and text, and sit on the top left middle, not to the very top tho. And when you scroll down, the Menu scrolls down with the page.

Ive scene it done i just cant find any scripts anywhere cause im not really sure what its called =P

Cool thanks, I found one I like, but the only problem is, My website is centered, so when i use this It always set to an absolute left or right of the page and is way to far away from my page. I would just tell it to push over more but then it might not work to well with other peoples moniters, So what I want to do it Put my website in a table with 2 collums, the website i nthe right and the static menu in the left, so its more close to my webpage. Is there any way I can do this?
