We just updated to Windows 2003 Server on our web server. Ever since the update my style sheets take like 5-10 minutes to reflect changes. If I place the styles in style tags within the page and don't use a style sheet they update fine. It's seems as if it's caching somehow on the server side. If I go into my internet files and delete the cached style sheet on the client side, the server still serves up the old version once the page is refreshed. If I wait a few it will eventually show the change. Any ideas on how I might fix this? It makes it tough to do updates efficiently.
