FLASH: problem with buttons, works in flash not others

Hey I recently just finished a flash site. When I test the movie in flash it works fine and looks great. But when I open the swf file in internet explorer none of the links works. You can click them but nothing shows up. I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this. I did a save and compact, I'm not sure if I should have done that.

Any help is greatly appriciated, I'm new to flash and would love if someone could help me out. If need be I can send the .fla file. Thanks

Macromedia Flash provide you with options you can export to HTML.
Depending on the complexity of your flash work, Flash automatically adds JavaScript codes in HTML source code.

Some flash files works in conjunction with other files. If desired files not found, then you'll be shown nothing how many times you click the buttons or links.
