Computer reboots with error.

Hello, could someone please tell me what this means?

I have got this a couple of times lately. My motherboard is brand new (abit is7 socket 487) i have a redeon 9550 video card, a wireless network card by linksys conected to my mom's copmuter witch is the main computer. an audigy sound card, a mad dog psu , an aquagate water cooler. 2 512mb kingston memory cards (ddr 400) running dually slot 1 and slot 3 like normal.

My cpu is quite cool even under a stress test.
I did a memory test witch passed with flying colors.
I have all the latest drivers for my Motherboard, Video card, Sound card, Etc.
But my computer just shuts off every now and then and reboots with this error. and some other errors in the event viewer. something about a bugcheck. I also have no trojans or viruses and have top notch anti-virus programs.

The problem seems to be when i close out a program it will do it simultainiously with exiting. Please help me. thanx much.

A quick search indicates this is likely the graphics card. Either it's bad, or the drivers need updating. Might even just be seated a bit loose.
My guess, anyway.

This is a brand new mobo with a brand new video card. I need more than it could be my video card. if it loose in the slot then wiggling it should do the same. and it seems to do it at the moment i exit a program usally while a few other things are running but i never run out of memory or even come close. however my system cache buils to as much as 900000 when use utorrent filesharing could it be too much hanging around it cache and then a simple close of a program is enought to overload somthing. Thanx for the reply. but i need more, or more specific please.thanx again.
