CSS Tabs

Ok so I have seen these sites with what appear to be css tabs, you click on the tab but it doesnt reload the page, it just changes some elements so you can see something else.

I basically need to have all my info on one single document of code, I hope I make sense here.

I think it uses JS or something as the page does not refresh but yet the content changes. Its not a iframe as looking at the source , it has all the html there.

How do i do this ?

The place I saw them was the deviant art settings page.I wish I could describe them better.

That is what I wanted, but I wanted one that doesnt require a copyright.

One that doesn't require a copyright? Then write it yourself. People write these scripts for people like you for free most of the time. They deserve some credit.
