Your music page doesn't look too good in FF1.5, that music player doesn't work, and your contact page forms could be done a bit better. (e.g. a fieldset, labels). Also your flash object code is invalid.
I like it, but to me it doesn't say to me straight away that it's for a band for some reason.
Are the numbers really needed on the menu? I'd think it may look better without them; and IMO the contact page should be at the bottom.
On the band page I think that the pictures should have a bigger right margin so the text doesn't bump into them. On the members pages (eg. Scott), the question and answers aren't left aligned together and so it looks a bit odd. I'd prefer to see it with the question not indented (but that's my opinion).
The picture links (Thanks Jaco & MySpace) which you can hover over are a nice touch. Although it would look better if they were of equal size!
Good work though, you change the look of your website more than... well, most people do!
Why do you do that with your url then have the full address and link in your sig?
The site is OK but its not great. You music page doesnt work in either FF or IE on my machine here at work. I dont have adblocker or Flash 8.
Also you should have each track on a new line, as it is it looks scruffy.
The nav on the left is longer than the box in IE so the bottom link overlaps by about 5px.
As mentioned previously your contact pages are untidy and submiting the contact form returned me to the home page.
Use an ordered list for the songs. The reason your player doesn't work is because it doesn't exist where you say it is. Perhaps you have a cached version of your page but the player is not here http://www.spiderseatbabies.com/re/xspf_player.swf

That's the problem, can you go to the page again to see if it works?
