Search engine ranking

I don't know what you mean by "balancing your page rank", but if you want to rank high on search engines, do the following:
  • Provide usefull, valuable content (no. 1!!!)
  • Get rid of that endless list of keywords; 5-7 relevant keywords max.
  • Mark up your content with valid, semantic and accessible markup; ditch the endless nested tables.
  • Get linked to by high ranking sites (not necessarily seacrh engines); again, content is king here.
  • Read this: ALA: High Accessibility Is Effective Search Engine Optimization
